Ann and Joanna, a mother-daughter team, run a quant hotel in a picturesque seaside resort in Dorset. When Joe Turner, a long-lost lover from Ann's past comes back on the scene after twenty years, he soon finds himself being pulled in two different directions. Especially, after discovering Ann has a full grown, and very attractive young daughter.
