A regional vampire oddity from Kentucky which is as much a horror film as a crime film and devotes copious screen time to a video store location, simultaneously hilarious and artful (with the filmmakers shooting on film to varying, and consistently interesting, degrees of expertise) and making its blu-ray debut here.
