This gripping 26-episode sci-fi series portrays Earth being thrust into an Ice Age in the latter part of the 21st century due to an explosion on the moon. Millions perished, but a few thousand managed to rebuild their lives in railway stations  like “Grand Star,” where they are subjected to an iron-fisted tyrant, who control all the standard mainstays of life.
