A group of B-movie actresses at a slumber party are forced to fight off real-life monsters and maniacs.

In this spoof of 1980s workout tapes, indie Scream Queen Jennii Caroline demonstrates what it takes to stay in shape and fight off the bad guys in her movies to a group of young horror actresses having a slumber party.
