Neglected (BLU-RAY)

A blood-soaked adolescent (Dylan Sprouse) walks into a police precinct and demands to speak with Detective Matthew Shaw (Josh Duhamel), delivering a terrifying ultimatum: solve a series of gruesome murders, or his kidnapped son will die.
