Gaspar Noe’s most recent film, following the hypnotic Lux Aeterna, is his most frightening film to date despite having no on screen violence. Shot almost entirely in split screen and featuring devastating performances by Dario Argento and Françoise Lebrun, it’s as hard to forget as it is to watch but arguably Noe’s best film thus far.
