Workout, The (BLU-RAY) Pre-Order Deadline October 6/26 Release Date November 10/26
The 2025 found-footage action thriller The Workout follows Wyatt Park, a former Army Ranger who has traded his military life for a career in fitness. Along with his pregnant wife Becca and his brother-in-law Levi, Wyatt is in the middle of filming a series of high-energy promotional videos for his new fitness brand in their private gym. The upbeat, professional atmosphere is shattered when a ruthless group of mobsters storms the facility in a violent targeted hit. In the ensuing chaos, Becca is tragically killed, but through an emergency medical miracle, their unborn daughter survives. Wyatt himself is left in a coma for a month, waking up to a devastating diagnosis: he has a terminal brain condition that will rapidly erode his memory and cognitive functions. Driven by a desperate need for justice before he loses his sense of self, Wyatt enlists Levi to help him track down the organized crime syndicate responsible for the attack. Because Wyatt knows his time is limited and his memories are fading, he decides to document their entire journey on camera. This "vigilante video diary" is intended to serve as a legacy for his infant daughter, providing her with an explanation of who her father was and why he chose to fight back against the underworld. As the duo plunges into the criminal landscape, they are joined by Tank, a fellow Army Ranger veteran, and an amenable detective who helps them navigate a brewing war between rival crime families. The story culminates in a series of visceral, high-stakes confrontations--captured through body cams and security footage--as Wyatt races against his own failing health to ensure his family's killers are brought to justice.
